LEGOLAND’s Water Park opens its newest play area geared toward children ages 1 to 3 on May 27.

Giant Duplo animals are now in place at LEGOLAND California for the Water Park’s newest area, Splash Zoo.

The wet, playful “zoo” features interactive spray pads, fountains, a teeter totter and interactive Duplo animals geared specifically for guests ages 1 to 3.

In honor of Memorial Day, Splash Zoo officially opens Friday with a ceremony that includes toddlers from families based at MCAS Miramar before opening to the public at 10 a.m.

Splash Zoo is part of the 5.5. acre family water park that opened in May 2010 inside LEGOLAND California. For ticket prices and more information visit Legoland.com.
