The City of Carlsbad’s Cultural Arts Office is kicking off the second year of "This is Jazz!" with Great Jazz Vocalists – Janis Mann & guitarist Bruce Forman
“This Is Jazz!” programs are held on Saturdays at 4 p.m. in the Ruby G. Schulman Auditorium at the Carlsbad City Library complex, 1775 Dove Lane at El Camino Real. All presentations are free, but seating is limited. Admission tickets are distributed beginning at 3:00 p.m.; doors open at 3:45 p.m.
