Welcome to OTT, the newest addition to the Carlsbad family of breweries. Our tap room is open. We specialize in Ales, Ports and Stouts, the Darker Side of beer. We brew in the Scottish and English style. Our beers are handcrafted and environmentally responsible.

As life long residents of Carlsbad we truly love our community and look forward to meeting all of you! Come gather together with us to share a beer and enjoy another day in paradise. This is our town, our community and our family-owned and operated brewery.
