The Carlsbad Inn and Ocean House Partner Up for Wedding Vows
Carlsbad, CA - June 2010 - Couples in love are not the only ones who are partnering up at The Carlsbad Inn Beach Resort. The newly refurbished resort on the coast in Carlsbad, California has teamed up with its neighbor, Ocean House, for weddings of 60 or more guests.
According to General Manager Randal Chapin, the collaboration "gives us both the ability to provide much needed assets for our guests. In the case of The Ocean House, they can offer their wedding parties wonderful, convenient dining facilities in a romantic setting right across the street. In our case, it makes full-service reception requests very easy to fulfill."
In a breathtaking setting on the Pacific in the quaint village of Carlsbad, weddings at The Carlsbad Inn have always been extremely popular. Ocean House, an historic landmark on the coastal highway in Carlsbad is also well known for its history. Once known as the Twin Inns, it became known as Neimans. The new and present owner acquired it in 2004. The elegant old Victorian mansion underwent extensive renovation which was completed in November.
