Arbor Day tree planting volunteer event at Stagecoach Community Park

Overview
The City of Carlsbad is celebrating Arbor Day on Saturday, April 26 by partnering with local volunteers to plant trees at Stagecoach Community Park. This marks the city's 21st consecutive year as a Tree City USA, a designation from the National Arbor Day Foundation recognizing Carlsbad’s commitment to tree care and urban forest sustainability.
Plant trees at Stagecoach Community Park
-Volunteer registration begins at 8am followed by a tree planting demonstration
-Check in at the Parks & Recreation table
-Explore tree maintenance displays and information booths from event sponsors
-Bring water to stay hydrated
-Tools and snacks will be provided. Please wear work gloves, a hat, sunscreen and closed-toe shoes.
Please park on the street along Camino de los Coches (not in the parking lots).
