Join Carlsbad’s “adult” mayor, Matt Hall, and the team from Visit Carlsbad in the search for the Carlsbad Kid-Cabinet. Free and open to the public, kids and their parents can submit their video while at the Beach Party to become our mini-mayor, take part in the “sand-capitol” building contest to become the city architect, and check out all the cool ways kids rule in Carlsbad! “Sand Capitol” building contest: Do you have a talent for design? Sign up for our “sand capitol” contest happening from 10 am -11:30 am and help us create the new headquarters of Carlsbad, Kidifornia!
