Seasons will offer a three-course prix fixe menu with choices. The centerpiece of the meal is choice of Maple-Brined Turkey Breast and Tarragon-Wild Rice Stuffed Thigh with Apricot & Sage Gravy served with Brown-Sugar Mashed Yams, Orange-Glazed Brussels Sprouts and Parsnips; or Rosemary-Marinated Flank Steak with Garlic French Beans, Cippolini Onions, Hen of the Woods Mushrooms & Bourbon Cream.
