Overview
Pre-order a pasture-raised, naturally-fed whole turkey from Diestel Farms at the La Costa Wise Ox location this Thanksgiving day. Birds will be roughly 16 to 18 pounds, and will also have homemade gravy, meat butters, Italian sausage and more for sale. Top it all off with a pumpkin or apple crumble pie prepared by executive pastry chef Jeremy Harville—the latter option of which is made from his grandma’s own special recipe. Time: Pick up between November 25 and November 27 Price: Turkeys are $8.99 / lb, and crumble or pie is $35 each.
