You’ll find amenities for RVs, including sites with hookups and a dump station, electrical vehicle charging, laundry rooms, restrooms, showers and drinking water. Hoping to bring your furry friend along? The park is open to dogs but please note that they are only allowed up in the campground and not on the beach.
In need of firewood or other camping essentials? The campground has its very own Camp Store open seven days a week. Offering groceries, alcohol and non-alcohol beverages, gifts and camping supplies, you’ll be set for your trip.

Accessibility
Carlsbad State Beach offers a range of accessible amenities to ensure all visitors can make the most of their time by the ocean. With 13 ADA-designated campsites, accessible parking, convenient beach access, as well as accessible restrooms, tables and barbeque grills, the campground is the complete package. Additionally, for those who require it, beach wheelchairs are available for checkout at the campground. can accommodate up to 40 people with 10 vehicles. The site can be reserved online on the California State Parks website or by calling (800) 444-7275 and referencing Pelican Point as North Loop (Group Site).
