Docent Brewing takes great care and pride in crafting high-quality artisan beers that are approachable, balanced and easily drinkable. The brewery is an outlet that allows to educate and share interesting flavors of beer in addition to influencing people on craft beer culture.

Docent beers are brewed with intent on flavor and purpose, with no focus on any particular beer style. Docent Brewing explores variations of grain builds, yeasts and hops to deliver uniquely crafted beers for fun situations and for their beers to be as sophisticated as they are inclusive.

Docent Brewing's food offerings are inspired by all things fermented. The menu includes bowls, tacos, salads and specialties including a Korean Ruben and Fried Chicken Sandwich.
