Overview

Little Victory Wine Bar celebrates hospitality deeply rooted in European dining traditions—offering a meticulously informal experience, genuine in its simplicity. It highlights the belief that great food, wine and genuine service don’t need to be complicated to be unique and wholly original.

The passion project is helmed by husband-and-wife owners Jeremy Simpson and Kirsten Potenza, whose complementary expertise forms the core identity of Little Victory. The culinary direction is led by acclaimed chefs Elliott and Kelly Townsend, another celebrated husband-and-wife duo whose culinary philosophy seamlessly blends the sustainability ethos of the New Nordic movement with the rich agricultural bounty of Southern California.

Little Victory Wine Bar is intentionally scaled to foster intimate and meaningful interactions, cementing its role as a significant addition to Carlsbad Village’s growing culinary community. With indoor seating accommodating 24-28 guests and an outdoor patio offering 18 additional seats.
