Pure Project is a small batch, ingredient-centric craft brewery with a mission to build community and a reverence for beer as an agricultural product by staying true to our ethos of quality ingredients, sustainability and attention to detail. Pure Project Carlsbad Brewery & Tap Room is located in the heart of Carlsbad Village on State Street. From on-site aging in oak barrels, to west-facing views and even an open-air patio with a distinctly tropical "Biergarten" vibe, this location has it all. Specifically designed to make you feel like you are sitting on a large porch whether sitting inside or out, the roll-up doors open the space to invite the bustling activity in.
