The evening begins with a seasonal three-course prix-fixe dinner by Chef de Cuisine Jason Winton. Crafted with fresh, local ingredients, the menu celebrates the flavors of Southern California with a refined coastal touch. Dinner will be served on the open-air veranda, with two seatings available at 5:00 PM and 7:30 PM. Guests may experience moments of close-up magic during the meal—adding playful surprise to an already exceptional experience.
After dinner, guests will gather for an intimate magic show by illusionist Joel Ward. Known for his elegant sleight of hand and charismatic stage presence, Ward brings a modern twist to classic magic—designed to spark wonder, nostalgia, and conversation.
