We’re partnering with Rebecca Royster, Brand Ambassador for The Macallan, for an elevated dining experience where fine whisky meets the rich, versatile world of artisan cheese. This multi‑course menu weaves curated cheeses into each dish—from refined starters to decadent desserts—while showcasing a flight of exceptional Macallan expressions. Each pairing is thoughtfully designed to highlight and contrast the flavors on the plate and in the glass.
