Spring/Summer Camp at Handled Pottery Studio

Overview
This week-long clay camp is designed to encourage each child to develop their creativity while exploring the clay medium. Each participant utilizes a variety of clay-making techniques taught by an expert instructor. A pinch pot transforms into an animal, and a slab is used to construct a jar or birdhouse. Skills are built upon daily, setting the student up for success. Camp concludes with an introduction to throwing on the pottery wheel.
