Led by esteemed Executive Chef Lalita Souksamlane — founder of the Bay Area's acclaimed Osha Thai restaurant — a pioneer in San Francisco's Thai food movement since the opening of her first restaurant in 1996. Over nearly three decades, Lalita grew to fame by redefining the Thai culinary scene with a more contemporary approach. Today she is thrilled to showcase her cuisine to the Carlsbad community for the first time.
The menu offers everything from classic favorites like Pad Thai and Tom Yum Soup to more innovative creations like Paella Tom Yum, Mussamun Lamb Shank Curry, and Volcanic Beef – Chef Lalita’s signature recipe since 1996. The restaurant showcases an extensive craft cocktail menu and a divine Thai-fusion brunch, showcasing innovative riffs on classic American-style breakfast.
