Join us for a unique opportunity to kayak at Batiquitos Lagoon during this fun community cleanup event! Saturday Oct. 3rd or Sunday Oct. 4th

Have Fun While Helping the Environment

Enjoy kayaking waters normally closed to boating, while simultaneously aiding in preserving the lagoon habitat by removing trash.

Launch times: Four launches on Saturday and three on Sunday. The two-hour experience includes check-in, personal flotation device (PFD) provisioning, water safety instructions and approximately ninety minutes kayaking the pristine waters of the ecological reserve.

Check-in times for Saturday, October 3rd are 7:30 am, 9:45 am,12:00 pm and 2:15 pm.

Check-in times for Sunday, October 4th are 8:00 am, 10:15 am and 12:30 pm.

Cost: $160 per two-person tandem kayak (excluding eventbrite fees)

Launch site: south shore of the Batiquitos Lagoon; accessible through the I-5/La Costa Avenue park-and-ride lot

Children as young as six can ride in a tandem with a parent or guardian
