Omni La Costa will host an elegant four-course al fresco dining experience thoughtfully curated by the resort's world-class culinary team alongside gourmet meals specially prepared just for pups.


▪ First Course: Hamachi Crudo with yuzu kosho, cucumber, avocado mousse, compressed melon, lime pearls, and lemon oil

For the Pup: Yellowtail Bites with poached yellowtail, cucumber, avocado mousse, and parsley

Wine Pairing: Sauvignon Blanc

▪ Second Course: Chilled Sweet Corn Velouté with crispy chicken oysters, roasted corn, cilantro, and chili crunch

For the Pup: Chicken Garden Bowl with shredded chicken, steamed carrots, green beans, and corn purée

Wine Pairing: Chardonnay

▪ Third Course: Prime Beef Tenderloin with potato pavé, heirloom squash, roasted maitake mushrooms, confit tomato, and summer truffle jus

For the Pup: Beef & Sweet Potato Medallions with lean roast filet, roasted sweet potato, and green peas

Wine Pairing: Pinot Noir

▪ Dessert: La Costa Honey Cake with grilled peaches, sour cream frosting, and toasted pecans

For the Pup: Banana & Peanut Butter Oat Cake with banana oat cake, peanut butter yogurt frosting, and blueberries
