Overview

Take in sweeping views of the resort’s championship golf courses while enjoying a selection of Thanksgiving-inspired specials, available à la carte at VUE. Start with roasted pear flatbread topped with brie, pesto, arugula and candied pecans, followed by brown butter miso-glazed turkey served with whipped sweet potatoes, roasted Brussels sprouts, cornbread dressing, cherry-cranberry relish and miso turkey gravy. Finish on a sweet note with poached pear cheesecake accompanied by mascarpone Chantilly cream, Meyer lemon anglaise and candied walnuts.
